Hello again everyone, I just started a new job. I'm a contractor for one of the big automotive companies in Detroit. I work for an IT contracting company and my contracting is a reoccurring 6 month contract. There are some people who have been in the six month terms working on site for 25 years. But technically it's temporary? The instructions on the i134 say for the employer to state whether it's permanent or temporary and it has me worried. I make well above the poverty line so that's not an issue. Will this effect my interview? Should be receiving the NOA2 anyway now. Cheers!

I don't think it's an issue. Have your employer write you an employment letter stating how long you have been employed for etc. Provide pay stubs and tax returns to show that you meet the income requirement
