I filed I-130 petition for my husband from India to Chicago Lockbox on March 2, 2015 and USCIS received the petition on March 5, 2015. How to to know when our petition will be approved?

Why Nebraska Service Center is so slow where other service centers are faster.

Does Nebraska Service Center approve petitions based on Countries or been married for long time? On what basis does it approve the petitions.

. I got approved in 5 months ... I would say you will get approved this month, since July marks the 5th month for u... if no rfe

Oops I meant August... August marks the 5 th month for u
