I did a bit of a search for these issues, and some were mentioned a long time ago.

I use Igor's list to get an estimate of when people are getting approved, and how many people are still stuck at the 2+ month range at the CSC. I've noticed several issues:

Date Sorting

In the "Last 15" section, there are entries which are sorted incorrectly (for example, currently the 'latest' result is "2015-6-23", which is really meant to be "06-23" but since "6" lexically follows "06", it displays. This is probably fixable in the SQL itself (to normalize the date format before sorting).

Approval dates in the future

There are timelines which have approval dates in the future. This messes up the "Last 15" list. It should be possible to either prevent people from placing dates in the future in the timeline, or to modify the SQL accordingly so that dates in the future.

Inactive Timelines

As mentioned in other threads, some users no longer exist, while it's also evident that some users simply haven't logged in within a given timeframe. I suggest that by default, pending timelines (i.e. timelines which don't yet have an approval) should only be displayed if the associated account logged in within the past month (there should be an option to override this). This will make the graphs near closer to 100% for previous months, and clearly highlight those that are waiting actively.

Provide CSV Export

In lieu of making all these interface changes, allowing the possibility of exporting to CSV could be helpful for folks like me to import into a local database and filter locally.

I might be able to help with some of these changes, if y'all are interested (I'm fairly busy, but I'm hoping these are all fairly trivial things to implement).
