How can I get a Canadian police certificate sent to Ukraine?

I'm in Kiev and stopped by the Canadian embassy and they said I must get it from the RCMP. I'm assuming I can order it, but how long does it take to get and is there any way to expedite it?

06/09/2015...........Status Ready (received email from consulate)
07/03/2015...........Medical
07/09/2015...........Interview (Administrative Processing for missing Canadian Police Certificate)
07/30/2015...........Delivered Canadian Police Certificate to Embassy
07/31/2015...........Approved!!!
08/04/2015...........Visa in Hand!
08/07/2015...........Entry into US :D
08/28/2015...........Married!!

there's 2 types of certificate in Canada, name check and by fingerprint check.

what do you need?

if you go with name check I know a place where they can have the results in just 1 day

Will the name check sufficice for immigration purposes. Like for US embassy for K1 visa.

what place is this? can you help me with this? I also need the name check and I am living outside of Canada.
