I've gotten my case number and invoice ID number, but when attempting to get to the DS261, I get the following: The selected Case Number and Invoice Identification Number combination you entered does not match our records. Please try again or contact the National Visa Center for further assistance.

Is this like the USCIS website where initially my receipt number didn't work? Is anyone still having problems getting to forms or paying due to the problems of last week? Anyone's experiences will be welcome.

thanks,

Hello yes is normal not worry just waiting for a week and try again take time for them to update the system and you be able to choose the agent. Good luck
