Am I going to Montreal or Vancouver for k1?

My case number starts with VAC but the CEAC tracking says "Your case is ready for you to schedule an interview at the U.S. Consulate General in Montreal", so I'm a bit confused about which one I'll actually be sent to!

It was updated to ready today, I'll actually change it to the date received once i find that out.

Though I sound like a stalker, Friday it arrived in Vancouver I'm guessing. One arrived Friday,one today. But I think it was mine today. Can you post your interview date when you get it?

I already have the checklist filled out and the DS-160 mostly completed for Vancouver, however if I'm going to Montreal I'll need different things I believe which sounds like a pain.

My plan was to wait until I get Packet 3 in the mail and immediately fax it in.

I read that is just a misprint on the website and as long as you have a VAC number, it's Vancouver. I would just send it to them.

Thanks! I need to stop procrastinating and get myself a picture for the DS-160! It's hard to take one at home that doesn't end up having some sort of shadow. I may be slightly blinded at the moment from taking at least ten in an effort of getting a decent one

Lol! If you haven't taken your passport pictures for the interview and medical, you can do that and the disk with it after with the picture. I went to a London Drugs and did it that way.

I'll probably go downtown after work one day and go to Don's Photo, as I trust them with it. They usually inspect it and make sure it won't be denied.

It's just a matter of finding time for that!

You definitely want the trust in who you choose. Getting held up over pictures is not the way to go.

I got my packet 3 today, along with returning it to them and receiving packet 4, and after registering with the interview site the first available is October 6th.

And apparently you already have an interview day!

I don't know if I should take it or wait it out.
