I am very sorry to hear what happened and to learn about your bitter wife.

You can travel as many mentioned before... just make sure you do not stay abroad for longer than 6 months.

me and my wife we just got divorced after a lot of problems anyway i just want to go to my country for a month to get my self straight up after all this i just want to get sometime off and i want to travel to my country

i do have 10 years green card and i have been married to my wife for 5 years now

do i will have any problem travel and come back to my job in the usa or i can travel and comeback anytime i want its just im afraid if i travel when i come back the immigration will stop me to enter usa because me and my wife divorced and she heard that im fixing to travel and she called me and said she will call the immigration office and she will make sure they will not let me enter usa again

Been there and done that 3 times. Last time i stayed for 7 months. Limit is 1year all they do at the POE is ask you the reason for staying longer. Dont worry, she is just acting smart. If she puts you in trouble, she gets in trouble too if she were to say it was a fake marriage or something. So just chill

thank you so mush i just want to stay for 1 month to get a brake from all this problems i had with my ex wife and come back to my job fresh and be happy again because i forgot how its fell like to be happy 32 years ago if you all check my previous topic you all will understand all the problems i had with her

as long as you have your green card , no worries , no one can stop you unless you re bringing some argan oil or some li9ama :)

If you lose your green card you can go to the US consulate and get a transportation letter saying you can enter the US, and then once you are back in the US you file I-90 to replace it.
