Mail a check and mail document to Nvc different address?

Yes, the documents and money are sent to different addresses.

The money check(s) must be accompanied with a certain bill/cover letter, if you haven't received that you must wait for it. I'm assuming the welcome letter from NVC is the one with the invoice and case number(s)? If so, this letter should have the exact instructions, what fee(s) (probably the affidavit of support) needs to be paid at the moment and what to send with it and address.
