NVC Choose An Agent

Anyone having trouble accessing NVC website in choosing an agent? I have tried contacting them but no luck through phone but I'm on hold for like hours. What would be the best case solution to contact NVC? Please help!!!

Hello yes I have the same issues I'm unable to choose the agent need help please.

I got my NVC case number on June 5th, same issue here cannot login system. I have called them 3 times (603-334-0888, press 2) and was told they haven't

put my case into system yet but once they done, they will be able to choose an agent for me through phone. I called yesterday, June 29th, rep helped me choose an agent over the phone. He asked my email and phone number, said will email me the IV bill. But hasn't received email yet.

Just give you guys an idea that how long to take.

Update!!! I just received email from NVC that Chose me as agent and also included IV $325 invoice. Jun 30, 2015.

What would be the next option if DS-260 is not accessible? Did the representative said anything about this?

Nope. Online is the only option for DS-260. Need to be patient. I read NVC's latest tweeter says "We are still experiencing problems with some online immigrant visa application forms. We hope to have a fix in place for this by early next week."

after how long yourn recived thr national visa center letter with the case number and id number i can chose the agent cos every time i try a message said the case number and id number not match with nvc what can i do i get the letter june 27 and im desperate i need help please.

Hello everyone I am so much happy finally yesterday Sunday July 5, 2015 I can access to NVC to choose the Agent seriously on Sunday is hard to belived but is happen and I able to pay for AOS today Monday I mailed the support and civil documents now just wait for them to send me a good news. good luck to all and God bless you
