NOA2 received May 26.. Letter informed us that USCIS has approved our petition and sent us to NVC.. Wait for CASE# that will be sent by email and or regular mail, but do not inquire before 30 days.. After 30 days I called NVC, and after hours of busy signals and being on hold.... A very kind gentleman answer my call and says, YES SIR.. we received on Jun 10 and forwarded to Manila Embassy on June 12! NO EMAIL.. NO REGULAR MAIL to notify us? He said Hmmmm.. guess not.. WE ARE PAYING LARGE AMOUNTS OF MONEY FOR THESE SERVICES! UNACCEPTABLE to be treated with such disregard!

We certainly are not upset with the good man that gave us the news we waited so long for.. We also acknowledge how quickly we have moved through the system compared to others.. it's just sad to see such lack of consideration for people paying a fee for a particular service!! Take care all.. We do truly pray and wish all the best to everyone who is also waiting and facing their own challenges!! :)

If you got your MNL case number from the NVC, you can go ahead and pay the visa application fee, schedule the interview, and complete the medical. There's no need to wait for the U.S. Embassy Manila to notify you.
