NVC received document, but still not confirming that they have it

Hello everyone,

Our checklist response document was received by NVC almost two weeks ago on 15 June according to DHL tracking.

Previously, we always received a confirmation email that NVC received our document. We called NVC and as of Friday, 26 June, they are still claiming not to have received the checklist response.

It is already half-way through the “30-day” mark and NVC still has not acknowledged receiving the document. We are concerned that NVC has lost or misplaced it.

Is this common? Should we resend the documents – some phone representatives advised us to do this. But I don’t want to complicate this process any further.

If you received confirmation, then they have the documents. Some of the NVC phone operators provide incorrect responses. I would try to call again and try to talk to a supervisor. If you resent the documents, you clock would start again and you will go another 30-60 day before your documents are reviewed
