It says that your petition has been approved for processing and it gives you a recipe number that you can use to check your status on the usisc website.

Well I am sorry I am being paranoid, and Good for you your done with your naturalization. I am here to ask questions, so if everytime I ask, all you say is I am paranoid..Well, I guess I'll appreciate it more if you go find somebody else to "help" because seriously, this is the 3rd time you respond to my post rather rude!

@yaden, no its not approved - im only starting - I received my NOA 1 and I dont understand why my receipt notice is weird as in it almost sounds I am skipping biometrics - One may think its lucky - but its kinda a drag-on worry/ question in my mind y'know

The NOA1 just says that they received your petition and it's in process. It should also give you a priority date and receipt number so you can check your status on the USCIS website.

yeah... but mine looks like like this

"The above application has been received by our office and is in process. Our records indicate you personal info is as follows XXXXXXX

You will be notified of the date and place of your interview when you have been scheduled by the local uscis office. You should expect to be notified within 60 days of this notice"

Doesnt that sound like Im skipping biometrics? Thats why I was hoping somebody could post what their Receipt notice "sounds" like.. No transfer to NBC or whatnot..
