Conditional Greencard - Does this mean I have a pending application? Change of Address Concern

Hi Everyone,
As you know, USCIS requires that everyone changes their address within 10 days.
There are two options: 1) change your address, or 2) change your address on any pending applications/recently approved applications

The exact words are below - I am wondering if having a 2 year conditional greencard counts as a pending application or a recently approved application? If yes, then I have to go and give all my old receipt numbers which seems odd since I got a greencard.

Have no pending cases;

File Form AR-11 (online OR by mail)

If you use our Online Change of Address, you do NOT need to file a paper Form AR-11.

Have any pending OR recently approved applications or petitions (except for VAWA, T or U visa); you need to complete two steps:

Step1: File Form AR-11 (online OR by mail),

AND

Step 2: Change your address on any pending or recently approved applications or petitions, online OR by phone at 1-800-375-5283. For TTY (deaf or hard of hearing) call: 1-800-767-1833.

As a CPR you only have a pending application once you have filed an I-751.
