Does not match our records !!

Good morning guys ..

I`m the beneficiary from Ir-2 Visa , my case take approve from USCIS and the NVC send to my father the case number and the invoice id from 10 days ago !

I tried to pay the fees online but it usually says that the case number and invoice number doesn`t match our records !

My father paid the fees by the mail with money order from 2 day ago .

this is summarize for my case history , and now i want to know what`s the next step !? , why till now i can`t sumbit DS-260 !?

the ds-260 is not viewable until the ds-261 has been added to the casefile.

ask your father to contact nvc via telephone on monday,

and inquire about the status of the ds-261.

for more steps, when yer logged in from a pc, having 'view signatures' enabled, click the link below, as it's the bible for doing stuff at NVC, and it's current.

Ok now i have a proplem , my father now in egypt so we can`t call the nvc ! but we send a money order and pay AOS fees , is there wrong in that ?

and i have another question , we need to change the adress we put it in the I-130 because my father change his flat in New york .. how can we make that ?
