Hi we just received fee bill invoice for AOS only. Doesn't it should come with the invoice for IV fee? Or we need to submit the AOS document first before the NVC sends us the IV fee bill invoice?

no the iv fee will not be invoiced until you fill out the ds261 online and they review it then you will be invoiced the iv fee, I don't recommend sending the documents separate as this causes delays. Send all documents together when your ready to do so .

Hi I already did the DS 261. I did it right after I received the invoice for AOS. But I put my address which is not US address. How long will i expect that invoice to be sent?

it can take 30 days to have the ds261 reviewed from the day you submitted it then a week after that for the invoice . I recommended calling them and getting them to review your choice of agen over the phone sooner .

But can I submit the financial documents now along with the supporting documents? Because they already gave us checklist for the docs we need to submit. Thank you

yes you can go ahead and do that both online forms and fees don't have to be paid before you send them you can send them and pay the fee/do the form when available .

I mean can i send already the AOS form, with the proof of income and the civil documents like marriage certificate?

Also. I am confused whether we need to submit with these papers the joint sponsor's I864 since I believe the income of my husband does not comply with the poverty line? Or we need to wait for the NVC to tell us.
