Changed Name on Passport

I'm going to apply for a passport with my naturalization certificate which has my changed name. So my question is, will my changed name reflect on my passport using only my certificate or do I need to update my Drivers License and/or SSN before I apply? The reason I ask is because they tell you to bring another gov. ID and mine is with my old name.

You'll need your naturalization certificate and your name change certificate. You can use your drivers license in your old name.

The naturalization certificate proves you are a citizen and the drivers license proves your identity. The name change certificate provides the link between the old and the new name.
