I sent off my i485 application but forgot to include sealed medical exam.what will happen next.

You will get a RFE and be asked to send it. Or you will be called for interview and can provide it then. The second is preferable so you wont get an interview waiver, which could leave you waiting up to and beyond 12 months for your green card.

I know for sure I can't get a waiver cause am adjusting through marriage. So I should be hoping for them to ask for it in the interview.

I think K-1s sometimes get waivers. What status are you adjusting from?
