Hello, I recently called the doctor about the medical for the k-1. I was faced with the question of "Do you need a immigrant medical or a non immigrant medical?" I know the k-1 is considered a non immigrant visa but I wanted to clarify which type of medical was needed, the only difference between them is vaccinations. That's what the lady told me at Dr. Turnbulls office.

Thank you in advance,

Benjamin and Sara

Yes, technically the visa is counted as a non-immigrant visa. But since you're eventually going go to go through the whole Adjustment of Status process and immigrate, you want to do the immigration medical.

Thank you, I have another question. I didn't allow enough time for my national police check to go through, is it possible to send it in after my interview or no?
