Anyone have any tips for getting this sped up? I could never receive any information reguarding my case because "Your case is under the timeline for review, call back next week". Finally spoke with someone who told me today that my case has never been touched since being received the first week of May. Now it has been noted to have a "supervisor look into it". I guess my best course of action is just to keep calling everyday looking for an update? Anyone else experienced this issue?

Yup, they received my money and received my documents on 3/13. Never even looked. I called at the 45 day mark and they were surprised. Day 59 case complete. .with no reason why it wasn't looked at. They gave me an interview and haven't even mailed my stuff yet..
