So I wanted to pay the fee via MasterCard ..I typed all the information in ..then the site itself refreshed and showed this message at the top

Your transaction could not be accepted at this time. Please retry or use an alternative card.

So what does this mean now? Trying it with another way or not? Cause I read one should not do it twice cause you can't get the money back...

*sigh* so frustrated

They are saying that they could not process the card. Nothing was charged to the card. You will need to retry like they said or use a different card.
