1 year anniversary and interview in July. There is no way I'm missing those 2 huge events. I can't wait to see my honey!! LAGOS here I come again!

That's wonderful, I will pray for you all that everything goes as plan, make sure you check the interview time before you make the trip. Unlike my husband and I situation as you know we didn't check we went by the letter and my husband was turned around due to he was not on the list; because the embassy reschedule without any notice.

Thank you so much for the heads up hun. I'm really sorry that happened and I'm still wondering why you guys weren't told about it. Uuggh and why do they reschedule so far out? I told my husband this morning to double check after reading your post. At least your journey will be done soon and you'll be able to enjoy life with hubby. Hang on just a bit longer! Keep ya head up.

I want to so badly but

1) my visitor's visa runs out August 11 and I've emailed from the website and also spoken with my contact at the DC embassy and neither will answer how I can extend it or if I just need another one.

2) my honey works really long hours and leaves the house at 6am and doesn't return until 10pm- so we're trying to be financially responsible and not have me jump on a plane to see him for 1 hour a day lol
