Hello guys! I'm kinda confused, my fiance called the NVC today and they said that they received the package from USCIS and is now sent to USEM, but they didn't give the case number. Should my fiance call them again tomorrow and ask for the MNL case number or should he wait till next week to call them again and ask for it? Thank you!

By all means, call them every day, until you identify yourself, and get your case number, if Philippines it will be an MNL number.,.,..,,this will be very valuable to you.

Call every day, since they tell you they have forwarded the case to USEM.

Call the NVC asap. When you get your MNL case number, you can move forward and schedule an interview, and you can complete the medical.
