What card ? You received this from your post office in Cyprus ?

Waiting to skip ROC and get 10 yr GC due to over 2 year while pending AOS
AOS APPROVED Oct. 4, 2017 * Green card in hand Oct 13, 2017 !!!!!

First K1 denied after 16 month of AP. Refiled. We are a couple since 2009. Not a sprint but a matter of endurance.

Has she filed for AOS (adjustment of status ) for the other guy ? This seems to be either a EAD (work authorization) or GC for someone

who is in the USA and adjusted status. MSC=Missouri Service Center.

This has nothing to do with your K1 where the petitioner withdrew the petition.

Right, it's not for your K1. If you gave her the money to file for you looks like she may have used it to file for someone else who is already here.

When you first got this message, did you try and track it to see where it was delivered? Did she forward you this note to let you know about what you thought was the status of your case? That is so messed up.

Have you brought any of this up to her? I hope you get your money back from her and then break all ties to her. No more contact. This woman is very bad news.

That's the case stays but have you tracked the delivery with the usps link and the tracking number? It probably won't work anymore as it was delivered a while ago, I just wondered if you had a chance to track where the card went when you first got this notice.

I am actually a bit confused, did she just send you this? The update is from February...

No, like others said before, this case number has nothing to do with your K-1 visa application. You'd never recieve an update like this because you would not recieve a greencard while still in your country. Look at my timeline, you see all the different steps it takes from the petition to entering the US to filing for AOS to recieving the card.

This is not what happened here. I don't know whos status update or whos card this is for, but it's 100% not yours.

I think you have some questions to ask your "fiancee", and the first one would be (to me) "What did you do with the money I gave you?" I'm sorry, I think she totally screwed you over.
