We are in the need of a good immigration attorney to help us with our very complicated visa situation. My fiancee lives in Colombia.

Gary Bala's name seems to come up a lot in my search on the internet. Does anyone have any experience with Gary?

I have seen his name too. I contacted him BEFORE I started this K-1 process. Seemed knowledgable about the VISA process. I did not use him because I did not like the price. I kept comparing his $1600 fee to the $170 filing price if I did it myself. About 3 weeks later, I found VISAJOURNEY. I researched my questions in this forum. I got answers to questions I never though about. neither of us had a criminal past or anything that would prevent a smooth journey. So, I submitted my petition, kept the money and bought a ticket to Brazil!

I have never had any dealings with him but just from spending a lot of time here and checking out visa issues my feelings are that if I had a complicated situation that requred an attorney he is the one I would want.

Just in general, I would sugggest, if you haven't already, you should call him up and see if he can handle the complications in your case. Depending on how complicated some problems are he may end up twiddling his thumbs waiting for the Government also.
