Hello again,

I'm in the process of assembling our package of documents to file for a K1. Here's what I've got:

- Payment: Personal check for $170 made out to "Department of Homeland Security"

- Cover letter signed and dated by petitioner listing contents of envelope

- Completed Form I-129F

- Continuation sheet for Question 18 marked with the petitioner's name and signed and dated (Attached to I-129F with a paper clip).

- Letter of intent from petitioner, signed and dated.

- Letter of intent from beneficiary, signed and dated.

- Form G-325A for petitioner. Signed and dated.

- Passport photo of petitioner with full name written on back. Placed in plastic bag marked "photograph of <petitioner>" and attached to her G-325A with a paper clip.

- Form G-325A for beneficiary. Signed and dated.

- Passport photo of beneficiary with full name written on back. Placed in plastic bag marked "photograph of <beneficiary>" and attached to his G-325A with a paper clip.

- Copy of petitioner's birth certificate (Front and back).

- Certified copy of beneficiary's decree absolute (Petitioner has not been married before so doesnt need one).

- List of contents for the evidence of meeting in the last 2 years.

- Evidence of meeting in the last 2 years:

--- Copy of the main page from the beneficiary's passport showing personal info and entry stamps to USA.

--- Copy of other pages from the passport showing entry stamps to USA.

--- Copies of airline e-tickets for travel to petitioner's city (2 tickets for 2 trips within the last year)

--- Copies of hotel reservations (2 reservations for 2 trips within the last year)

--- Copies of hotel invoices showing payment made by beneficiary's credit card (2 invoices for 2 trips within the last year)

--- Copies of outbound and return boarding passes (For 2 trips within the last year)

--- Copies of outbound and return luggage tags (For 2 trips within the last year)

--- Receipts for purchases made in stores in the petitioner's city showing beneficiary's credit card used (For 2 trips within the last year)

--- Copies of car rental invoices showing beneficiary's credit card used (For 2 trips within the last year)

--- Copies of beneficiary's credit card statement showing purchases made in petitioner's city (For 2 trips within the last year)

--- 7 photographs of us together in her city and at her house.

I've used paper clips to group together the relevant sheets of evidence and highlighted dates, names etc with pink highlighter.

We're going to bind all that with an Acco clip at the top and I will attach index tabs to the bottom of all the items of evidence, numbered so that they correspond with the article numbers I have used in the list of contents for the evidence.

Then we'll mail it to:

USCIS Texas Service Center

P.O. Box 850965

Mesquite, TX 75185-0965

Have I missed anything??

I'm travelling to Louisiana in April to see my sweetie, we'll mail it off while I am there :D

Thanks,

Andy

:)
