This is just a rant.

I cannot believe that the NVC for a month now has not been able to figure out how to fix their site. I'm almost convinced that they are on purpose shutting the site down to catch up or to give their hard workers a break.

I am upset cause now we are ALL a month behind in our cases and our timelines. I am upset because this affects ALL of us that are trying to be with our loved ones.

The fact that they didn't even give any of us the courtesy of sending us an email, they have all of our emails - to send and say we are sorry for the inconvenience or at least try to communicate with all of us, instead of all of us trying to call them for the same answer that is always " we don't know when or have answers for you, but you can send us MORE money to stay at a stand-still"

I hope everyone is trying to stay positive and can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

I don't think their I.S. infrastructure is built to send mass emails out. I can't imagine the costs associated with doing something like at and keeping it updated with new petitions coming in everyday and case completes going out.
