Proving Legitimation for Children Born in Canada

Firstly I want to apologise if this has been answered but the virus scan on my computer won't open any links I find through search. But it will let me into Visa Journey - go figure!

Anyway, we are getting everything together to complete and send off the N 600s for my son's two children. My son and his girlfriend are not married but are together as a couple.

The instructions for N-600 says you must submit evidence establishing the proper legitimation. In Canada children are legitimate whether parents are married or not. Do we just put a comment to this effect when sending in the forms or is there anything else we have to provide.

Don't like to make any assumptions when dealing with USCIS.

10 Apr 2012 Email from Loomis - passport picked up from Consulate

June 2012 Moved back to US
