Please anyone help me. I have OCD so bad with this and I think I am messing my husband and I up more then helping  I am beyond lost with the Medical Information and what exactly to bring to the Interview. Can I please get anyone to help me on a list of EXACTLY what to ALL bring to interview so I can ease my mind and my husbands mind. More opinions the better so my mind is at ease and I don't mess something up more. Thank you so much ahead of time. I truly appreciate the help as my mind feels helpless and hopelessly lost right now.

In regards to the medical appointment for interview the one Consulate web page says :
http://amsterdam.usconsulate.gov/iv_appt_ir.html

A Reminder of what to bring to your immigrant visa application medical examination appointment:

  • The envelope containing your medical examination forms. This envelope you must hand to the doctor unopened. (What letter? We never got an unopened envelope and we already did medical appointment?)
  • Your passport (Done)
  • Two passport photographs of you and every member of your family immigrating with you. (Done)
  • Sufficient cash euro to pay the doctors. (Done)

The "other (??)" Consulate Medical Appointment webpage http://travel.state.gov/content/dam/visas/Medical/AMS%20-%20Amsterdam.pdf says nothing about an unopened envelope??

  • Bring your passport for identification
  • TWO (2) photographs with you to the medical appointment

Why am I reading two different things?? I am so confused now thinking we missed something and will be told at interview we missed something.

Question.. We are DONE with Medical Appointment for interview. What envelope could they be talking about? Have we missed something? Messed something up? Dr never said nothing other then all is great, we will send the stuff to the consulate when lab results come back.

Interview Letter from NVC States to bring the following:

You must bring the following items to the visa interview:

  • Any original documents the NVC requested that you did not submit (refer to the document list below)
  • If the physician gives you your medical exam results, bring them to your interview in the envelope sealed by the medical office. (Dr sends to consulate, he said??)
  • Two passport photographs measuring 2 inches by 2 inches (5 cm by 5 cm) with a white background
  • A valid unexpired passport
  • Photocopies of all civil documents
  • A new police certificate from your current country of residence, if you obtained the police certificate more than one year ago. (Ours is less then a year old)
  • Any additional documents listed in the U.S. Embassy or Consulate specific interview guidelines

The following table lists the documents requested by the NVC and whether or not you submitted them to the
NVC. Please note that even though you may have provided the NVC with a copy of a document, you are
still required to bring the original document to the visa interview.
Refer to the Document Status Code Definitions on Page 3 to determine the meaning of the document status
codes.

Wondering the same as well (except the medical questions since the panel physician in Hamburg sent the results directly to the Frankfurt consulate).

Hi Avandongen,

i know, so shortly before the interview this last step, the nerves are wrecking. You really gotta read the instructions carefully. Behind every line there is a letter in Caps and the explanation to each is on one of the other sheets.

These letters are standards, and only those letters vary according to different cases. So "F", for example, stands for: NVC didn´t request a certain document for your case, so it´s not needed for the interview either. Just read what those letters stand for :) .

I hope that this is an answer you were looking for to ease your mind. Try to calm down and read through the instructions again.

Everything will be fine in the end

:goofy:

Whatever document you´ve ever sent to the NVC, just bring it again in copy plus the originals of course if you only submitted copies. :star:
