How long does NVC take to complete the case or review from DS260 acceptance ?

Hi,

I submitted all the paperwork for my mother to NVC and was acknowledged by NVC on 5/5/15. The online portal said it takes 30 days to review the case - while email alert from NVC says it takes 60 days for review or case complete. What is the current timeline now a days for NVC to complete the case or review from DS260 acceptance ?
