RE: Application for Waiver of Grounds of Inadmissibility

Decision

Thank you for filing Form I-601, Application for Waiver for Grounds of Inadmissibility with USCIS on Nov 9 2015

After thorough review, uscis mist inform you that we are closing your application as explained below.

On April 30, 2015 the us embassy/consulate in manila informed uscis that you were found inadmissible under INA section 212(a)(9)(A)(i) which requires the form i-212 Application for Permission to Reapply for Admission in the united states after deportation or removal. Consequently, USCIS has terminated all actions in this case and notified the consulate.

Ic you have any questions about visa issuance, please contact the us consulate in manila

We already filed i-212 and was received on july 29 2016 but still no update from uscis other than that letter. No news from d embassy either already called emailed even visited uscis office here in the Philippines. What should i do now. Please help thank u
