Question about Affidavit of Support

Hi all!

So we received our NOA2 not too long ago and I have a question about the Affidavit of Support document.

So my Fiances Mother will be sponsoring us as my Fiance is still at university so does not have the income to support us.

Do both her mother and herself have to fill out the I-134 form?

The correct answer for a LONDON interview is they will accept an I-134 from only the Mom. They want a sponsor who earns enough money. It does not have to be the fiancé. They also do not require all the many proofs of income that the K1 forum tells you. An employer letter alone seems to be their favorite, but her tax return/W2 will do nicely as well. They have no specific required way you must prove the income. One thing is enough, but bring two if you're worried.
