I got the following message from NVC:

"All documentation necessary to complete the National Visa Center's processing of your case has been received. As soon as an interview date has been scheduled, the applicant, petitioner and attorney (if applicable) will be notified. "

Does it mean our case has completed the NVC review?

It does. All you have to do now is wait for your P4 (interview appointment notice) and then you can carry on with the rest of the process.

The original scan date was 03/18. However, I had to re-submit some documents and the 2nd scan date is 4/8.

I have been trying to call unfortunately i can never get through, i do have a lawyer and when I brought it to her attention she said not to worry . Thanks for your reply
