which I-864 do i need to take to the interview? the one i sent in? im planning to take this years income tax, do i need to fill a I-864 for my sponsor and i?(for this years) thanks

I am wondering the same thing.

My husband's interview is on Thursday. I called the NVC a few days ago to ask what financial information he needs to bring to the interview - they said they need the Federal Income Tax Return along with W-2s for myself as well as for the joint sponsor. I specifically asked if I needed to bring an updated I864 with 2014 information and the lady told me that I don't need updated I864 forms. However, after some searching on the forum, I saw conflicting responses from people. Does anyone have a clear answer to this question?

I'm wondering the same thing, but better safe than sorry; so I will be bringing an updated I-864 with the 2014 transcript.

Why not just do both.

Take the originals as well as the updated ones?

doesnt hurt.
