how long does Nvc take to make a decision on whether I qualify or not for cspa???

D.O.B. September 4,1993.

F2a category

Nvc received my case March 18th but said it's under review to see if I qualify for the F2a category under cspa. So I'm curious how long does the review normally take? I already did all the calculations And I do qualify for f2a under cspa. Anyone had experience with this to tell me how long of a wait it is ?

You do qualify for cspa. You need to call nvc and ask status of your application. You should have finished with nvc process by now but something is not right here. Cspa applies automatically for your case so tlhere is nothing to review. Call multiple times to speak to right agent or ask for tier 2 supervisor. I was told different thing all the time so i keep calling to get right answer.

11/27/2013 - Priority Date

04/01/2015 - I-130 Approved

04/21/2015 - NVC received Case

04/29/2015 - DS261 filled

05/02/2015 - Case under CSPA review

06/04/2015 - Supervisor review Initiated-Wait 42 days
