My fiance is in Rome, Italy. The U.S. Embassy just received our case for K-1 visa, and she just completed her DS-160. What must we do for her 8 year old son in Davao, Philippines? I included him in my petition, affadavit of support, etc. She is the only name on his Birth Certificate. We are confused. Do we wait? Does she complete his DS-160??
