Questions regarding USCIS ELIS payment for green card

Hi all, we just paid the green card payment on the USCIS ELIS page, and got the payment confirmation and the updated status (payment received) pretty quickly, but i have a question.

On the ELIS account page, I tried updating my profile and it says to upload drivers license/passport info, and then is asking for electronic scans of evidence ... Do I need to upload all of that? I attached a scan of what page I'm talking about. Has anyone come across this before, or do you only pay and nothing else? Thanks for any help.

No you don't. Just click on review and esign without doing the doc update.

If there is info that needed those documents then I didn't include it. I just made sure there was an address.
