hi

we applied for I-130 28- jul 2014 and now we did choose an agent and paid AOS Fees more than 4 weeks ago

IV fees didnot show up till now and NVC sent us an E-mail asking for supporting documents

- we did not pay IV fees till now

- we didnot fill DS-260 till now

- we did not issue affidavit and financial documents till now

we are a little bit confused about the next step but in their letter they sent us a link with the next step asking for supporting documents directly to step #5 ... can any one please tell me what should i do ??

Since you paid the AOS fee, you can send your IV packet and AOS packet. I assume the letter you received has specific instructions. At the same time, you can pay the IV fee when it becomes available and fill out the DS-260 when the IV fee shows "paid". It's good to get your documents sent, and after that you can keep plugging away with the online fees and forms.
