Can anyone help me with how much my fiance has to pay when filing the K1 Visa? Different websites say different things.

If anyone could let me know or please direct me to the correct website, I would appreciate it.

I-129f is $340 dollars to file.

Medical costs vary by country.

K1 visa fee is $265 which is paid before or at the interview.

Your question is vague. The first step by an American fiancé is filing a petition. The American does not "file a visa." The form is called I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancé. If that is the cost you want to know, then USCIS is always the source of the correct fee and correct version of the form. Here http://www.uscis.gov/i-129f

There will be other fees after the petition to get the visa and permanent residence in the US.

K1 London route = $1705 + £295

$340 (USCIS) I-129F petition

£45 (ACPO) Police certificate just before petition approval

£250 (Knightsbridge Doctors) medical exam. Pay at exam.

$265 (Embassy) Visa fee prior to interview. Online pay.

$30 Courier fee if home delivery, $0 to pick up at a depot. Online.

$1070 (USCIS) Adjustment of Status/Work Authorization/Advance Parole. After marriage.
