Paid AOS fee. Are we allowed to send in both AOS and IV package before the IV fee comes available to pay??

We paid our AOS fee on April 21. Are we allowed to send in both AOS and IV package before the IV fee comes available to pay??

Are we able to submit via email or does everything have to be send via mail?

You can send both AOS & IV package together along with the bar coded AOS sheet. Regarding whether your documents can be emailed or mailed i have attached a link from NVC website with the information your looking for. Hope this helps & good luck.

You can but be warned that NVC is reviewing cases pretty quick now. You might get checklisted for IV fee because it takes about two weeks and more for IV fee to be available for payment.

You need to be persistently calling them to review your DS-261 as I suppose you have submitted it when you did AOS fee. Only then will your IV bill be generated and DS-260 be available. You will be told to wait for weeks but keep calling and nicely request them to review it. I hit my luck with the fourth call. Good luck.
