Hello, Sara and I recent relieved an email from the Sydney Consulate asking to create an account on USTravelDocs and to reply to the email with my information.

I've made the account on USTravelDocs and paid the fee, but we weren't sure what to put in the subject line for our email containing my details and we know better than to leave it blank. Can anyone help us here?

You need to reply to support-australia@ustraveldocs.com with the subject line:

Case Number: SYD***************

and your details.

Did you get an interview date already?

Goodluck! ;)

Would it be acceptable to just put the case number without saying "Case Number:"?

And no, we haven't as of yet! They're waiting on this reply :P

Thank you Shani & Koonj!

Its upto you, but it clearly states on the Us COnsulate SYdney website that you must state your case number.

"For all other immigrant visa inquiries, please email support-australia@ustraveldocs.com and write “IV” in the subject line. If applicable, include your Case Number in your inquiry. " ---taken from

So I should put IV in the subject line?

The email contains my name, passport number, case number, email address and my phone number. (As they requested)

I sent the email with the subject being my case number, hopefully I get a reply.

Well I copy and pasted the email and sent it again but with "IV" in the subject line. Just to be safe!

Thank you Shani & Koonj, you're a great help!
