I129f filling in embassy??!!

I have filled the I-130 and have NOA1, can you go to the embassy of the country you were married in and file the I-129F?

I see where the embassy will no longer accept I-130s....Does this apply to I-129fs??????

question 10 on the I-129F is confusing about this.

I think I'm stuck sending the forms to Chicago, but I don't see where it is spelled out that embassy will not accept the I-129f.

:no: I-129F must be filed with a service center in the US. This as always been the situation.
