USC living in Norway with Norwegian spouse and our daughter:

We finally got our application mailed to chicago lockbox. April 7th.

It was received and sent to California. We received a envelope from California USCIS with Form I-797C.

It lists a recieved date of April 13, as well as a Priority Date of the same day. Not sure what that means.

The language in the body of the letter read as "Please verify your personal information listed above and immediately notify the USCIS at the phone number listed below if there are any changes."

We called to verify but when the automated machine asked for our Reciept number, it said we were missing digits? Irritating, so we used gethuman.com and looked up USCIS to skip all the automated runaround. Got a human and Verified our info and now we wait for the next piece of mail :)
