I'm confused on the form on parts 5, 6 and 7.

I understand that I (the petitioner) am the sponsor and I need to fill the i-864 and my husband's cousin (the joint sponsor )must fill the i-864 too...

In part 5:

The household size.. am I supposed to inclue the people living in the house I'm living in like my parents and siblings. I'm not using my dad's income because it doesn't meet the guidelines.

It says to not count anyone twice...for number 3 should I write 1 for my spouse if I already counted him on question 1?

In part 6:

I don't work.. I'm a student.. I'm not self employed and I am not unemployed. I'm not going to use a householdember to yo use a joint sponsor .. do I leave them blank?

Part 7:

Like I said I don't own or get anything. I'm just a college student

Thank you!

No you only count the people related to for tax purposes.

You write 1 for person sponsored, 1 for you and then zeros for the rest. You do not write 1 for spouse because they are already counted in the beneficiary spot.

part 6

write unemployed since: (if you've never been employed then write your birth date if you want.)

leave blank

Also to note, if you have not filed a tax return do not write 0.00. Write "not required to file" and then include a letter WHY you were not required to file.

Part 7

you can skip this and leave it blank just like it says on the I-864.
