So today I got my Form I-797C ASC appointment notice (Biometrics appt.) for next month. I'm so happy about it but the thing is I never got 1 year extension letter. Should I worry?? I seen you guys received Receipt letter with 1 year GC extension statement first before bio appt. My 2 year GC expired this month. Please help! Thanks!

Your NOA1 letter is your extension letter - did you get that? You just need to keep that with you if you're traveling abroad.

If you never received that, you can make an infopass appointment to have an extension stamp put into your passport instead (I don't know if they are able to do that during biometrics appointments, but you can ask while you're there I guess).

I only got 1 letter from USCIS for my Biometris appointment. Never received any letter mention about 1 year extension, I went to uscis "check my case" it says my case received. I remember when I applied for my first GC they sent receipt (NOA1) and few weeks letter they sent me Bio appt. Its weird to me when I see some people said that they got their 1 year extentension and I'm not.

That happened to me.. NOA went to the ether. If you look up your case on the USCIS website using your Biometrics letter, it will tell you a date to call them if the NOA doesn't appear. When you call, they'll tell you to make an infopass appointment. I got a stamp as my 1 year extension.
