DS 260 Other Surnames Used so confusing :(

I am filling DS 260 it is so confusing.

Example my wife's current name is Mary Joseph

Previously she was Mary Alexander(middlename) Romanov(lastname)

in DS 260

Other Surnames Used (maiden, religious, professional, aliases, etc.) trg_bk.GIF

should i put Romanov ??

and Other Given Names Used I put ?

Mary Alexander Romanov or just first name Mary.

Please some one help me with this.

Yes her previous surname is her maiden name. Romanov

Her previous given names was Mary Alexander. Alexander I assume would have been a middle name.

If she has been married before then those surnames also go under previous surnames. :)
