Wrong name on approval letter? No worries!

We received our approval letter for our ROC about two weeks ago. My wife's name wasn't spelt out on it, but we decided not to inquire about it and see if the GC arrived with the full name. It did. Received it last week. Don't sweat too much if yours is the same way. I'm guessing whoever typed ours was just feeling a bit lazy that day =)

So was the name incorrect "Jhon C. Smith" instead of "John C. Smith" or did you mean it was correct but they just used initials "J. C. Smith" instead of "John Smith"?

I guess you could say initial, in a sense. Her name is like Su Li So. That's her first name. They just put" S", nothing else. Not even a period after. Then the last name.

Only took a week, maybe a week and a half. On the approval letter it said two months, but I don't think they could have waited that long because her 1yr extension would have expired before then.
