Hello new here. Need guidance plz.

Recently divorced but actually separated for over 2 years. The ex remarried already.

So now I am filing a petition (well putting it together) and do i need to write an explanation why we are filing so soon after a divorce, than marrying and filing.

On paper it may look like it happened on a whim but this has been a long time plan.

So how to do this plz?

Was the ex also petitioned or did you petition them ?

Yes ex was petitioned and denied at interview and got a 10 year ban. He disappeared and remarried after interview.
