VJers please help. We might sound silly asking this but its better to be safe...

1. What do you place in the "in care of name" near the addresses?
2. Do we still have to place my passport number (beneficiary) in the part where it says "If your fiance is currently in the US" which clearly I am not?
3. Place of issuance of Certificate of Naturalization - place issued? Do we have to place the exact address or the city and state only?

• What do you place in the "in care of name" near the addresses? that's a name of someone who looks after the person in question. Are you or your fiancée in the care of anyone?
• Do we still have to place my passport number (beneficiary) in the part where it says "If your fiance is currently in the US" which clearly I am not? no
• Place of issuance of Certificate of Naturalization - place issued? Do we have to place the exact address or the city and state only? I'd assume the city and state is fine

Help please

1) you do not need to put anything for the "in care of name" if your mailing address is yours (family home)

2) You are not in the USA so nothing is needed there.

3) If the petitioner is a naturalized citizen then yes city and state will do. If petitioner is a U.S. born citizen leave it blank

Hey there. Others have answered your questions but I just wanted to chime in that if you don't need to fill out all of the questions about "if you're currently in the United States" ---careful not to miss Question 15 right above them! The way that part of the form is laid out it kind of looks like it "belongs" to the question above (about Prior Spouse #2). I missed it (and only realized I missed it once I saw someone here get an RFE about it) even after going through the form front to back and back to front TWICE. Grr.

Thank you guys! So for the "in care of name" - can we place my name (receiver of all the stuff to be sent) or do we have to place the name of the person who owns the house?

Mailing address for alien fiance and address abroad? Same addresses right?

My name is in roman letters - so place "none" on the "if your fiances name is other than roman letters bla bla"?

And don't fill out the in care of section if the house belongs to you or family.
