i have recently paid my immigrant fee and affidavit of support fee, and have also completed my DS 260, the status does show "completed".
Still however whenever i receive any letter from the NVC there are always these four steps mentioned in it

"We received the Immigrant Visa Fee(s) you paid for case number XXXXX. Please visit our

website http://nvc.state.govand complete steps three through six:

Step 3: Submit visa application form

Step 4: Collect financial documents

Step 5: Collect supporting documents

Step 6: Submit documents to the NVC"


Isnt visa application form same as DS260?
why does it keep showing that i have to submit it?
or am i missing something out?

I think you need to send aos and iv packages to nvc
