Preparing for IR1/CR1 interview (despite not scheduled yet) but have 2 questions:

- Regarding the AOS, what I need to take along with me to the interview, in this regards. knowing that I have mailed the signed I864 form to the NVC

-Do I need to obtain a new police certificates for the interview. The police Certificate sent to the NVC says that it is valid for 3 months. so does this mean I have to obtain a new one, if the 3 months expires.

Regards,

Regards,

Well first for AOS at interview you have to take copy of AOS form that you have submitted to NVC and most recent copy of tex return at the time of interview. Along with that copy of your employment latter and Pay sub just in case if they ask for.

Secondly your police certificate is generally valid for one year but if it says on your certificate that its calid only for 3 month s. You better call NVC and check it out.
